    Curriculum materials, field tools, workshop supplies, food, transportation support, and participant stipends

    Tool storage buildout, workstations, wash and prep station, compost bins, signage, and micro solar setup

    Insurance coverage, accounting systems, website upgrades, compliance filings, and cooperative development support

    Lot deposits, surveys, legal fees, title searches, and long-term site security planning
