Divine Blackburn has been working in community engagement and development since 2018 with a focus on building stronger connections between people, neighborhoods, and local resources. Her experience includes work in landscaping and horticulture along with hands-on involvement in community projects focused on improving public spaces and supporting neighborhood development.

She is especially passionate about creating opportunities for people to come together, connect, and actively contribute to the healing and growth of their communities. Over the years she has supported and participated in community cleanup efforts, neighborhood beautification projects, and outreach initiatives aimed at increasing local involvement and access to shared resources. She enjoys organizing and being part of efforts that turn ideas into real, visible impact within the city. She is committed to continuing this work through community centered events, outreach, and longterm development that strengthens both the land and the people connected to it.
