Antonio Regulier is a Haitian-born community leader, counselor, and civic advocate based in Buffalo + Albany, New York. After immigrating to the United States and growing up on Long Island, Antonio pursued dual degrees in Social Work and English at SUNY Fredonia, complemented by minors in Leadership Studies, Public Health, and African American Studies. He later continued his education as a Graduate Diversity Fellow at Buffalo State, earning a Master of Public Administration.
Deeply committed to social change, Antonio has worked at the intersection of public service, mental health, and community empowerment. He has served with the City of Buffalo’s Office of the Mayor through AmeriCorps’ Project M.O.V.E., contributed to Open Buffalo’s Emerging Leaders program, and was recognized as a finalist for the White House Internship Program under the Obama administration. His professional focus centers on culture, identity, and the integration of arts and wellness into social justice work.
Today, Antonio continues to support Buffalo residents through counseling and civic engagement, earning recognition such as the Western New York Community Spirit Award for his enduring dedication to uplifting communities and fostering equitable opportunity. He is currently a PhD Candidate at UAlbany in Social Work.
